We’re located in the United States, but because we’re a global introvert family, we ship to most other countries. Here’s what you should know about orders outside the United States.
We work with two fulfillment centers — one in the U.S. and one in Europe. Whenever possible, your EU order will ship from the European facility, but a few items are only stocked in the United States:
If you buy one of the items listed above, your order will ship from the U.S. and take an additional 1-3 weeks to arrive (it has farther to travel!). Also, you may be charged an additional small customs fee. We wish this weren’t the case, but unfortunately, the fee is set by the EU government and we have no control over it; we cannot refund it.
All other items will not be charged a customs fee.
Your order will ship from our U.S. location and may take an additional week to arrive. Some Canadian customers are charged an additional small customs fee, but some are not (as far as we can tell, it seems a bit random). We wish this weren’t the case, but unfortunately, the fee is set by the Canadian government and we have no control over it; we cannot refund it.
If your order appears “stalled” at your local mail carrier, you have probably been charged the fee. Contact your local carrier to get your package.
However, we’ve found that most orders under $40 usually do not receive the fee.
All Other Countries
- Depending on your location, you may be charged an additional customs fee. However, we’ve found that orders shipped to most other countries are not charged the fee.
- Your order will take an additional 1-3 weeks to arrive because it will ship from the United States.

Yes! We’ll email you tracking information when your order ships.
